Sony Ericsson has adopted the policy of its rival Android phone manufactuer and therefor is releasing a new smartphone in quick sccessesion. The smatphone maker has just announced a new 1GHz Android phone called Xperia Neo V.
The phone is available in three different colors and with gorgeously curved edges will separate you from the crowd of similar looking Android phones. On the features side the Xperia Neo V is the first phone to include 3D Sweep Panoram feature, which will allow owners to record and play back in 3D on a 3D enabled HDTV.

- Reality display powered by Sony’s Mobile Bravia Engine
- Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 processor at 1GHz

- 1500 mAh battery
The company further added to the announcement that the Xperia phones released in the 2011 will get an upgrade to Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. Once updated your Xperia Phones including Xperia Play will get:
- Google Talk with video chat
- Facebook inside Xperia
- 3D sweep panorama
- The ability to connect USB peripherals to the Sony Ericsson LiveDock multimedia station
- A “swipe” (not Swype) text input
- Screen shots
The updates will start rolling out in October, but the phone which wil be the first to receive the update is still not clear.
